Return/Refund Policy

At Three Arrows Creative, we strive to provide high-quality products. In the rare event that you receive a defective item, we offer a replacement policy. Please note the following:

  1. Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective, you may request a replacement within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service team at ourthreearrows@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the defect.

  2. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any products. Our policy is strictly replacement for defective items.

  3. Condition for Replacement: The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition. We may require photos to assess the defect.

  4. Exclusions: This policy does not apply to items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

  5. Custom/Personalized items: For items that are custom or personalized SALES ARE FINAL.
